Here is a list of local services in Stockport and national helplines that might come in handy over the festive period.

Urgent dental care:

The Greater Manchester Urgent Dental Care Service is available from 8am to 10pm every day including weekends and Bank Holidays for severe dental pain and infection. People can call 0333 332 3800 to be assessed by a healthcare professional, who can provide self-care advice or book a face-to-face appointment, if needed.

Additional information and advice:

Food banks are open until Christmas Eve at Reddish, Norris Bank and Offerton. 

Brinnington and Bridgehall Pantries will be open on 29th December from 10am-1pm for all pantry members and then foodbanks.

Pizza Roma, Castle Street, Edgeley, are offering free lunch for the homeless on 25th December, 12-3pm.
